Located in Gondrin, in the Armagnac region, this charming 120 m² 3 Clévacances house welcomes up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and features a bathroom.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and heating via electric radiators and a wood stove (firewood provided free of charge). This stone house combines rustic charm with modern comfort.
The stone keeps the house cool in summer, and shutters help insulate against heat.
Mobile network coverage is good, convenient for remote work. Relax in the private garden with barbecue, outdoor dining table, sun loungers, and garden chairs.
Children can enjoy a swing and a football goal with ball. You have access to 3 shared on-site parking spaces.
Pets are not allowed and parties are prohibited.

L'accueil des propriétaires et la charmante attention pour les fruits.
Le problème téléphonique, difficulté pour appeler ou recevoir les appels, pas de wifi, nous le savions, sans être obsédée par internet mais tout se traite par le net, facture, médecin. Même nos amis gersois ne pouvaient nous contacter.
Mais je ne dévalue en rien l'accueil, la gentillesse des propriétaires.

Petite maison au milieu des vignes. Très calme. Literies confortables. Parfait pour le repos. Très appréciable de pouvoir se mettre sous le pin parasol pour la sieste.Pas de WiFi. Accès au parc de loisir avec réduction. Une tres belle région a découvrir à partir de ce gîte. Merci pour votre accueil et vos produits frais.

Très bon acceuil. C'est un endroit très calme et assez grand avec un grand garage.
On a été acceuillit avec des fleurs et beaucoup de légumes (des tomates super).
On va certainement revenir!
