Charming 42 m² gîte in the heart of the Loire Valley castles, in Ballan Miré. Independent and adjacent to the owner’s house, this authentic accommodation is perfect for a couple or can host up to 4 guests in a peaceful, green setting.
- One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and wardrobe - Bright living room with a 160 cm pull-down bed, TV, Wi-Fi - Fully equipped kitchen with capsule and drip coffee makers, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge-freezer - Bathroom and WC.
Bed linen, towels, and household linen are provided free of charge. Washing machine and dryer are shared for stays of at least 3 nights.
Outdoors
Outside, enjoy a private terrace with barbecue, open countryside views, and a private garden.
House & grounds
The fenced property offers 2 shared parking spaces on site and a closed garage for motorcycles or bicycles. A personalized welcome and local tourism advice await you.

Located 500 m from the Loire à Vélo cycle route, close to Lake Bretonnières with treetop adventure courses and two golf courses. emplacement idéal pour "la loire à vélo" (environ 700 mètres pour accéder à la piste cyclable) accueil chaleureux, hôtes très sympathiques et disponibles, pleins de bon conseils et surtout très discrets (la location est mitoyenne de leur habitation). Garage accessible pour y mettre les vélos à l'abr...
