This former stable with hayloft from 1899 has been converted into a charming non-smoking holiday home (end-terrace) featuring sandstone and half-timbered character with modern furnishings.
Lovingly decorated, the house offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The open-plan living kitchen includes a pellet stove and access to the terrace, a leather 3-seater sofa, a recliner, and a smart TV. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a corner bathtub with wellness lighting, a toilet, ceiling speakers, and there are two bedrooms with blackout blinds (one with a double bed and TV, the other with two single beds that can be joined, also with TV). A child’s bed, junior bed, and high chair are available.
The staircase with handrail (no child safety gate) leads to the bedrooms in the attic—please consider this when booking! Relax on your private covered terrace.
The playground is shared with another holiday apartment. About 4 km away lies the imperial city of Goslar with sights like the historic Imperial Palace and the Rammelsberg Mining Museum.
The nearby Granetalsperre (about 1 km) is perfect for walks and hikes.
In the village you’ll find a bakery, two restaurants (Italian and Greek), and a general practitioner.
The nearest supermarket is 2 km away. A secure, covered bike shelter with free e-bike charging is available in the courtyard.
An EV charging station is also available for an additional fee.

Ich fand die Ausstattung sehr sehr gut. Es gab noch ein bisschen Kaffee, es gab Toilettenrollen, es gab verschiedene Messer, es gab einen Grill mit Kohle und Anzünder, es gabordentliches Grillbesteck und in jeder Ecke ließen sich kleine Sachen finden, die man hier und da gebrauchen kann, oder die no...
Das einzige, was aufgefallen ist, waren die Dielen draußen auf der Terrasse, die müssten an ein paar Stellen mal neu gemacht werden, bevor sie evtl. kaputt gehen, Sonst alles Top
