The Sea View Apartment is located on the second floor and offers 27 m² of space.
Completely renovated and furnished at the end of 2025, it boasts stunning views of the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea from both the apartment and the balcony.
The balcony is equipped with high-back chairs and a sunshade.
The living/sleeping area features a fold-out sofa bed with a comfortable, sprung cold foam mattress (1.7 x 2.0 m). The kitchenette includes a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, separate oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender, and carefully selected crockery. Additional amenities include a smart TV, radio with Bluetooth and USB charging port, reading lamp for book lovers, a selection of books, a large wardrobe in the hallway, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, heated towel rail, and hairdryer.
A sliding insect screen door is installed in front of the balcony door.
Free Wi-Fi is available for guests.
You can store your bicycles in the bike cellar.
A lockable parking space is available for your car directly in front of the building. This tastefully decorated, well-maintained non-smoking apartment is part of a small complex built in 1996. It is located directly on the newly designed Salzhaff promenade, just 100 meters from the beautiful, sandy Baltic Sea beach.
The former fishing village of Rerik, about 10 km from the famous Kühlungsborn resort, offers all the amenities of a modern holiday destination while retaining its original charm.
Enjoy a relaxing and peaceful holiday here.

NewZauberhafte kleine Auszeit

Vielen lieben Dank!
