Located in Gagnières, Occitanie, within the Cévennes National Park at the border of Gard and Ardèche, this charming 130 m² family farmhouse welcomes up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Enjoy a sweeping 180° mountain view.
The house is comfortable and well-equipped: high-speed Wi-Fi, 3 TVs, computer, library, fans in every room, fireplace, and heating.
For families, there are 3 baby beds, children’s books, an outdoor playset, pétanque, darts, and board games. Outside, relax on a spacious, tree-filled 2,000 m² property and a covered 20 m² terrace with dining table and garden furniture.
A private barbecue and outdoor shower are available.
Immerse yourselves in meadows and forest, with direct access to hiking trails and a greenway on the former railway line linking Gard and Ardèche. Swim in rivers and try canoeing in Gard and Ardèche. Onsite parking and storage for 2 motorbikes or bicycles.
Smoking is allowed outside.
Pets are welcome.

A sports area and playground are a 15-minute walk away. The village center with shops and a market is 400 m away on foot; a supermarket is 5 km away.

Très chouette mas tranquille, à l'ombre des arbres, le long de la voie verte (à faire à vélo ou à pied).
