Located in Verton, this spacious 200 m² holiday home welcomes up to 15 guests in 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 4 toilets.
Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with on-demand video, heat pump heating on the ground floor, electric radiators upstairs, and a dedicated workspace.
For families, 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots are available.
Step-free access makes everyone’s stay easier.
Coffee is provided with a pod machine and an electric filter coffee maker. Outside, relax on the open terrace and use your private barbecue on a 2,000 m² plot.
A private pétanque court is also available for your leisure. Parking for at least 5 cars.
One pet is welcome (only one dog, no cats). Please note that events are not allowed on the property. This modern house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and offers bright, comfortable accommodation with private parking.
The hosts live on site, but not in your reserved space. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee, payable on site and must be reserved at least 48 hours before arrival.
You may also bring your own. Maximum capacity: 15 guests including children, regardless of bedding type (standard bed or travel cot). This limit cannot be exceeded.

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern im Alter von 2-7 Jahren für insgesamt 2 Wochen im Haus. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Der große Garten war für die Kinder wundervoll. Die Schlafzimmeraufteilung und der große Wohnbereich sind super für mehrere Familien. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.
