Welcome to my charming studio in the 3-star Le Splendid residence in Allevard! This former palace from 1908 was renovated in 2007 to offer modern, comfortable amenities.
Shared facilities: lounge, laundry, private parking, Wi-Fi.
A storage room is available for your bikes and skis.
Location & surroundings
The studio is perfectly located for hiking and winter sports enthusiasts.
The ski resorts of Collet d'Allevard, 7 Laux (Le Pleynet), and Barioz are accessible in winter by a shuttle bus, with a stop 500 meters away. Outside school holidays, the shuttle runs only on weekends and Wednesdays.
In addition to spa treatments, many activities are available around Allevard, such as mountain biking, road cycling, and paragliding.
Allevard is halfway between Grenoble and Chambéry.
