Enjoy a private terrace, a fitted kitchen with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge-freezer, a TV, a sofa bed for two, a coffee table and a foldaway dining table.
The bedroom has a 140 × 200 cm bed, and the bathroom has a shower and toilet.
Access to the chalet is through our grounds and across our terrace; there is no fully separate entrance.
A quiet, friendly setting where everyone's privacy is respected. A supermarket with laundry facilities is 200 m away. The town centre is 300 m away, with banks, a butcher's, bakeries and other shops.
The greenway, 200 m away, offers walking and cycling routes to Dinard and Dinan. By car: 20 minutes to Dinan's historic centre, 10 minutes to Dinard and its beaches, 10 minutes to the banks of the Rance, 15 minutes to Saint-Malo and 35 minutes to Mont Saint-Michel. Security: two outdoor surveillance cameras are installed on our house: one covers the property entrance, the other the garden.
Neither points towards the chalet or its private terrace.
The cameras are disabled and switched off throughout your stay.

L’hospitalité des hôtes, le calme de l’endroit et la propreté
- Manque une bouilloire
- La climatisation aurait été appréciée par cette canicule mais l’hôte nous a gentiment proposé un ventilateur, ce qui a aidé à supporter cette chaleur
- La douche n’est pas étanche
- Vasque salle de bain très petite et pas forcément fonctionnelle

Nous sommes retournés dans ce chalet à Pleurtuit tout près de Dinard. Sophie et Laurent sont d’une gentillesse inégalable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location qui est très propre et fonctionnelle. Pour nous ce fut un plaisir de revenir
