Nestled in the heart of Sarzeau, this authentic 55 m² fisherman's house immediately charms with its character and clever layout, creating a spacious feel.
Perfect for 4 guests—and up to 5 thanks to a comfortable, easy-to-use sofa bed in the living room—it offers a warm, home-like stay. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed by the owners, featuring unique décor and custom-made furnishings crafted by the family, giving the house a gentle and distinctive atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen (including filter and Nespresso coffee machines) opens onto a welcoming living area.
Two bedrooms and a recently renovated bathroom provide all expected comforts, with bed linen and towels supplied for your convenience. Outside, enjoy a peaceful, inviting terrace—ideal for outdoor meals or relaxing evenings around the barbecue.
It’s a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. From the house, embrace the coastal vibe: beaches are within easy reach (Roaliguen Beach less than 6 km away), cycle rides between land and sea, local markets, and the charming harbors of the Gulf of Morbihan.
Here, each day flows with the tides, surrounded by preserved nature and a gentle way of life. Easy parking nearby (spaces on-site and on the street). No events allowed.
Not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

La décoration est recherchée, tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour une ambiance chaleureuse et une vie pratique et facile... Le lieu est très propre. Idéal pour décompresser.
