Despite the tranquil setting, you’re well connected: the A7 motorway is only 7 minutes away, and both Eckernförde and Rendsburg are about 12 km away.

Eckernförde offers a long sandy beach, many restaurants, and a popular fish market every first Sunday of the month.

Public transport is also within walking distance. Cultural trips to Schleswig, Kiel, or the North Sea coast are worthwhile.
