The villa is a historic farmhouse, originally a watchtower, spread over two levels and surrounded by a large fenced garden with grazing horses from the family’s farm. The outdoor areas are designed for full enjoyment of the countryside: a spacious panoramic veranda overlooking the valley, ideal for outdoor meals, barbecue area, private pool, and relaxing spaces both in sun and shade.
The pool is open from May 20 to October 15. Inside, you’ll find welcoming and functional spaces, free Wi-Fi, certified linens, and hypoallergenic mattresses.
Guests also have access to private parking, a laundry room, and a covered ping pong area.
On request, a crib, high chair, and extra beds are available. Ideal for families, groups of friends, and nature lovers, as well as trekking and mountain biking enthusiasts.
Authentic experiences such as stable visits, watching horses graze, cooking classes, or dinners with a chef or sommelier directly at the villa are available on request for an extra fee. Located about 45 km from Florence, easily reachable by train (30-40 minutes). Car recommended for getting around.
