Built in 2010, this holiday apartment boasts a prime location directly on the Kiel Fjord—just 20 m from the water and separated from the shore only by a quiet footpath.
Enjoy unobstructed sea views from the spacious rooftop terrace.
Located on the first floor, the apartment has a private outdoor entrance, two bedrooms, and offers high comfort for families.
The master bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). The second bedroom is a cozy cabin designed for children, situated in the attic, accessible only by ladder, with limited headroom—therefore not suitable for children under 6 or for seniors.
The bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub.
The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped.
Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi, TV, telephone, and a washing machine are provided.
In the garden, you'll find a sauna cabin for up to three people with direct access to the Baltic Sea, as well as a trampoline.
The large rooftop terrace with awning and blankets is perfect for breakfast with a sea view, sunbathing, or watching passing sailboats, ferries, and cruise ships.
During Kiel Week, enjoy a front-row seat to the Windjammer Parade.
The peaceful location offers relaxation by the water and quick access to Kiel.
Beach, natural shoreline, harbor, fjord ferry, restaurants, bakery, and shops are all within easy reach.
An ideal base for relaxation, water sports, cycling, and exploring the Baltic coast.
