Everything here is set up for a wonderful holiday for up to 6 guests on 70 m². Our idyllic semi-detached house with a large garden is perfect for families, friends, guests with children, dog owners, cyclists, and anglers.
If you want to stay connected during your holiday, Wi-Fi is available.
The house offers 2 apartments, each with its own entrance.
This makes it ideal for friends or two families traveling together.
House 2 accommodates up to 6 guests, best suited for 2 adults and 4 children.
Sleeping arrangements can be adapted to the ages of children, babies, or additional adults. Accommodation: The house features a spacious natural garden with fruit trees and berry bushes.
Families, cyclists, and anglers will find ideal conditions here.
There is a large parking area on the property (space for trailers). The property is fenced.
Each apartment has a terrace with barbecue facilities.
Anglers have access to a separate room and a filleting area.
Non-smoking apartment. Surroundings: Located at the edge of the village with direct access to cycling paths.
A restaurant is 200 m away, a doctor and physiotherapy are 500 m away.
The Baltic Sea beach Juliusruh is 14 km away, and the Bodden with a small swimming area is 4.5 km away.
The Schaprode harbor is 6 km away (slipway and crane for boats, ferry to Hiddensee). Shopping is available in Gingst, Bergen, and Samtens. Sleeping arrangements: The bedroom with double bed can fit a travel cot. The adjacent small bedroom has 2 bunk beds.
In the upstairs living area, the sofa converts to a sofa bed. The small hallway upstairs offers a cozy spot for reading and playing.
There is a lounge and drying room in the outbuilding.

Mooie plek en bij mooi weer (hadden wij sporadisch) lekker buiten zitten
Voor het raam van de kleine slaapkamer niets voor het raam, de kussens waren oud en heel slap, veertjes kwamen er uit. Zelf 2 kussens gekocht
Geen onderlaken voor 1persoonsbed
Geen Wifi, host gebeld en die zei dat dat vaak gebeurde maar zij was vergeten dat te melden.
