The villa is on a hill overlooking the medieval village of San Miniato, in the heart of Tuscany, with easy access to major attractions, cities, monuments, the sea, and the mountains.
A car is recommended due to dirt roads, including 20 meters of unpaved road.
As you are in the countryside, you may encounter insects, including mosquitoes.
You can arrange cooking classes or outdoor yoga sessions, or explore the ancient Via Francigena on foot to Siena.
In November, San Miniato hosts the renowned White Truffle Market Fair.

- For your safety, swimming at night is not allowed. Children under 14 must always be accompanied by an adult in the pool.
- Pets are welcome in the villa but not in the pool: their presence alters the water’s pH and may pose a health risk.
- Three parking spaces are available on site.
- Pets allowed.
- Events are not permitted.
- Air conditioning and heating are available on request and for an extra fee.
- Check-in: 4:00–8:00 pm. Check-out: by 10:00 am. These times ensure the villa and pool are clean for every stay.
