In the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche, between forest and river, we offer you a detached 90 m² house with 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with bar, a separate toilet, a bathroom, two terraces (one covered), and a secure, fenced outdoor area where you can bring your pets or simply relax in the sun. Accommodating up to 6 guests, our property boasts stunning views of the confluence of the Ardèche and Fontaulière rivers, the village of Pont de Labeaume, and Ventadour Castle. Nearby, you'll find the Neyrac-les-Bains and Vals-les-Bains thermal baths, local shops, public swimming pools, hiking trails, as well as beaches and rivers. Please note: the garage shown in the photo is not included in the rental. Bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional fee.

Magnifique séjour dans cette maison spacieuse et très propre. Le jardin est agréable et sécurisé. Rien ne manque dans ce gîte. De plus les propriétaires sont des personnes sympathiques,accueillants et a l écoute. Hâte de revenir en Ardèche dans ce lieu où il fait bon vivre...

Des propriétaires toujours aussi gentil (malgré une bétise de mon chien). Une maison irréprochable de par ses commodités, sa propreté ,son calme. Bref je recommande , d'ailleurs nous avons déjà réservé pour l'an prochain.
