Very well-equipped two-room holiday apartment with a balcony, partial sea view and underground parking space in a quiet setting, with step-free lift access.
Alongside the usual amenities, the well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, blender, all other standard appliances and ample crockery and cookware.
The bedroom has a comfortable box-spring bed with two separate mattresses measuring 160 x 200 cm, plus a spacious wardrobe.
The living area includes a flat-screen TV, sofa and dining area. The new bathroom has a large walk-in shower and plenty of storage.
The surrounding area offers many leisure activities, including surfing, golf, cycling, swimming, hiking and much more.
Bed linen and towels are included.
The final cleaning fee also includes a linen package and hygiene supplies.
A garage measuring 2.83 m wide is available on the parking deck for your stay.
It can be accessed without a key and is located to the right of the building.
The apartment key opens all doors relevant to your stay, including the door in the back left-hand corner of the parking deck, which leads through to the stairwell and lift.
This keeps the distance you need to carry your luggage short.

Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und freundlich
Der Fahrradraum war nicht nutzbar, da der Raum total mit Fahrrädern vollgestellt war.
Wahrscheinlich stehen da Fahrräder um die sich keiner mehr kümmert und schon ewig da stehen die niemandem gehören.
