Casa Blanca is a 160 m² vacation villa on El Palmar beach, Vejer de la Frontera (Cádiz). Perfect for up to 6 guests, it features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and two floors.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and a workspace.
Families only. Relax in the private garden, on the covered terrace, or in the exclusive outdoor pool with sea views.
Please note: the pool is not fenced; constant supervision is required with young children.
There is also an outdoor shower. Just 700 m from El Palmar beach, ideal for surfing and water sports on the Costa de la Luz. Horse riding routes are nearby.
The villa offers a private garage, 2 bicycles, and uses renewable energy from solar panels. Rules: A security deposit is required for an additional fee, refundable upon departure if the property is left in the same condition as found.

Smoking, events, and parties are not permitted.
The living room has a video surveillance system activated only with the alarm when unoccupied.
