In the heart of a small village, on a working grain farm, this comfortable cottage is set in a renovated former tenant farmer’s house.
The house features two spacious bedrooms and an additional sleeping option in the living room.
Enjoy a large outdoor area with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a plancha.
A private, enclosed garage is available for your use. The rental includes table, bath, and bed linens, as well as WiFi.
A cleaning deposit is required.
You can request to bring a pet. Facing south, the house is pleasantly shaded by a chestnut tree.
Just 2 km away, relax at the leisure area along the Boutonne River, where you’ll find fishing, playgrounds, and light refreshments.

Very good
Le gîte, le matériel, n’étaient pas propres, les draps tachés.

Le calme
Manque de propreté. Dans le coin cuisine les meubles abîmés, les ustensiles trop nombreux et abimés certains sales.
