Cafetière hors d'usage, wifi ne fonctionne pas, logement assez chaud car le bâtiment estEnclavé, rapport qualité/prix pas terrible.

Bel appartement mais impossible à chauffer. L’électricité est en grande partie à la charge du locataire. On s'est gelé pendant trois semaines. Malgré tous nos efforts, on a dépassé le forfait Kwh. Evitez de louer cet appartement à l'intersaison.
