Architect-designed 230 m² wooden and glass house, nestled in the heart of the Landes forest in Lit-et-Mixe.
A true haven of peace combining nature, comfort, and light, just 15 minutes from the ocean beaches via cycle paths and 5 minutes from the village of Lit. Built in 2009, this spacious family home offers an exceptional setting for a relaxing holiday in a preserved and tranquil environment. Enjoy a vast, light-filled cathedral living room, a large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, food processors, etc.) with pantry and laundry room (washing machine), 4 bedrooms with double beds including 2 suites with private showers, a dormitory ideal for children or teenagers (8 beds total), an open and friendly mezzanine, and an additional bathroom. The beautiful 3,000 m² private garden offers a natural and peaceful atmosphere, with stunning evening light.
Relax on a large south-facing terrace for meals and downtime, or at a big table in the shade of the trees.
Each bedroom has its own private terrace.
The lovely pool is secured by an automatic cover and features a large exotic wood deck.
Also available: ping-pong, plancha, barbecue. Thoughtfully designed as a true family home, you also have access to a video projector, board games, books, and outdoor games.
A rare place to gather, unwind, enjoy the Landes forest, and reach the ocean in minutes. Perfect for families or groups seeking peace, comfort, and nature.
Out of respect for the tranquility, this is a non-smoking house. Bed linen is not included but can be provided for an extra fee. No pets allowed. Outdoor pool: 9 × 4 m, 1.5 m deep.
