The holiday home VillaFranche is located in the authentic village of Villefranche-du-Périgord, in the south of the Dordogne, between the Dordogne and Lot rivers.
The hilly, wooded surroundings are perfect for walking, cycling, and enjoying peace, nature, and gastronomy. The region is rich in history: in the Périgord Pourpre, you can discover the vineyards of Monbazillac and Pécharmant, the historic town of Bergerac, and beautiful bastides such as Monpazier, Beaumont, and Eymet.
The Périgord Noir is known for its UNESCO-listed caves, impressive castles, and picturesque villages like Domme, Beynac, and La Roque-Gageac.
VillaFranche is a detached holiday home of 354 m² on a 7,000 m² plot, offering complete privacy.
Just a 5-minute walk away, you will find shops, restaurants, a bank, a tobacconist, a public swimming pool, and a fishing pond. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, and separate toilet.
Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds. A veranda and balcony, garden furniture, barbecue, and shutters provide comfort.
Wi-Fi and TV are included.
A cot and high chair are available on request.
In the area, you can walk, cycle, canoe, go horse riding, and enjoy the local cuisine.
Events are not allowed. High season: rental from Saturday to Saturday.
Outside the season, arrival and departure days are flexible.
Long stays and winter rentals possible on request.

Quelle agréable maison ! Elle était parfaite pour notre tribu familiale ( trois générations). Nous avons pu être ensemble et se sentir à l'aise, la maison est spatieuse. Des petits cadeaux d'accueil nous y attendaient, délicates attentions. L'extérieur est bien aménagé et très joli, les terrasses do...

Een fijn ruim huis op een mooie plek met een prachtige tuin. Twee overdekte terrassen waardoor we eind september nog lekker lang buiten konden zitten. Aan werkelijk alles is gedacht. Je komt qua inrichting en voorzieningen niets te kort.
De inrichting zou iets gemoderniseerd mogen worden maar voldoet nog prima. En dat is natuurlijk een kwestie van smaak.
Contact met de verhuurder was prima!

Een fijn huis op de juiste plek. Genoten van de rust en de ruimte in en om het huis. Elke dag vers brood bij de bakker 'om de hoek'...Genoeg in de omgeving om te bekijken en te doen. Kortom een heerlijke echt Franse vakantie gehad!
