The "Waterkant" house is located on the seaside of Baabe, just about 300 m from the fine, gently sloping Baltic Sea beach.

Waldstraße runs parallel to Strandallee, making the location both central and quiet.

Restaurants, shops, beauty and wellness services, as well as bus and train connections (Rasender Roland), are all within a 500 m radius. On the 1,800 sqm property, a modern energy-saving house with solar panels has been built.
