As you enter the property, you’ll find the pool with terrace on the left, a covered terrace with a table for 10, and a barbecue.

This is the favorite spot for guests of all ages.

For children’s safety, the pool area can be closed off. The ground floor offers a living/dining room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one en suite). Upstairs, there’s a large terrace with sun loungers and an electric awning for shade if you wish.

From here, you can enjoy panoramic mountain views.

There’s also a guest studio with a living/bedroom, sofa bed, open kitchen, and bathroom. You can reach the village of Aguas de Busot on foot in 15 minutes (1.2 km). There you’ll find restaurants, bars, a supermarket, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, and medical center.

The area is perfect for hiking or cycling through pine forests, with many spots offering stunning views of the coast and sea. A security deposit is required on arrival by credit card to cover any damage to the property or its contents.
