The houseboat is permanently moored and cannot be driven.
It is located in a natural harbor next to a small sandy beach—perfect for swimming and families with young children.
Table tennis is available in the harbor free of charge.
A shared sauna can be used on request for an extra fee. Two stand-up paddleboards can be reserved on request for an extra fee. A bike and boat rental is nearby. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
Airport and train station transfers are available on request for an extra fee. Parking is about a 10-minute walk away and available for an extra fee. The harbor features a snack bar open daily from 11 a.m., as well as modern washing and shower facilities included for harbor users.
The harbor is only accessible to permanent berth holders and offers a peaceful environment for relaxation.
