The apartment is beside scenic hiking and cycling trails in the Steigerwald, in Possenheim village (approx. 6 km from Iphofen).
Our newly renovated, open-plan apartment is approx. 36 m². It has a bedroom with a large double bed (180 x 200 cm), a living/dining room and a bathroom with a shower bath.
The living room has a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) for up to two extra guests, a dining table seating up to 5 and a TV with streaming. Everything for self-catering is provided: a small kitchenette with a two-ring induction hob, fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee machine (pods included), kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and pots.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included.
Dogs are welcome; a cleaning fee applies.
Wi-Fi is available. High chairs, bed guards and toys are available for children.
You are welcome to share our courtyard.
The village playground is less than a five-minute walk away. We are accessible by car via the B8. Parking is available in front of the property.
Many hiking and cycling trails lead towards Iphofen, Markt Einersheim and neighbouring villages. Iphofen station has connections to Würzburg and Nuremberg.
Shops are available in Markt Einersheim and Iphofen; there are NONE in the village itself. There are many wineries and lovely restaurants nearby.
We are happy to provide information if you are interested. The surrounding area offers theme parks, mini golf, outdoor pools and activity farms for families. The apartment directly adjoins our living space.
We recommend arriving by car or bicycle.
Local public transport services are limited.
