This spacious family home comfortably sleeps 6 for a weekend or holiday.
Ideally located just 100 m from the beach and close to the town centre and shops, it has a small, private garden with outdoor furniture.
Two private parking spaces in front of the house make parking easy, and a lockable storage room with two bicycles is available. On the ground floor, you'll find a large, bright, dual-aspect living area with a lounge corner (TV, Wi-Fi, board games and games console), a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee maker), a utility room with a washing machine, and a shower room with a toilet.
The fully enclosed rear garden has outdoor furniture (table, chairs and sun loungers). Upstairs are three lovely bedrooms with new bedding (one 160 cm-wide bed, one 140 cm-wide bed and two 90 cm-wide bunk beds) and storage, a second bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. The entire house is yours to enjoy.
Bed linen and towels are not provided but may be available for an additional fee. Duvets and pillows are provided. The cleaning fee is mandatory to ensure the house is spotless before each guest arrives.
