This 70 m² duplex, located at the foot of the Lutins slope in Valloire, welcomes up to 8 guests in a warm mountain atmosphere.
The ski slope is just 30 meters away and links to the Crêt de la Brive gondola for access to the Galibier-Thabor ski area.
Its prime location allows you to walk to all amenities: ski schools, restaurants, shops, and activities.

The large south-facing balcony, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso and filter coffee machines, Cookéo), washing machine, TV, and a private jacuzzi will make your stay comfortable. After skiing or hiking, relax in the residence’s wellness area with pool, hammam, and sauna. You have access to a secure ski locker and a covered parking space. Ski shuttles are included for 4 adults and are free for minors. 1st level: - Entrance, living room with open kitchen and balcony - Two sleeping areas with bunk beds and storage - Bathroom, separate WC 2nd level: - Two bedrooms with storage (beds 160x200 cm and 140x200 cm) - Bathroom, separate WC Included: bed linen, end-of-stay cleaning, travel cot.
