Welcome to La Bastide au Soleil, a beautiful Provençal villa in a quiet cul-de-sac, just minutes from the village of Flayosc and sheltered from view.
Accommodating up to 8 guests, it blends nature, comfort and the Provençal way of life. Facing due south, the villa opens onto a level, 1,700 m² Mediterranean garden planted with olive trees, mulberry trees, laurels and jasmine.
Outdoors: a private 10 × 5 m pool, several terraces, a summer kitchen, a pool house and spacious relaxation areas that are not overlooked. Ground floor: a master suite with a dressing room and en-suite shower room, a lounge with a suspended fireplace, a bright living area opening onto a fully equipped Provençal kitchen, and a laundry room.
Upstairs: three bedrooms with storage, a shower room and a separate toilet. Comforts: ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, large sliding glass doors that retract into the walls, and electric shutters.
Spacious paved parking area and a triple garage. A lovely place to gather with family or friends and savour Provence.
