The idyllic Baltic seaside resort of Zempin lies at Usedom’s narrowest point, in the centre of the island.
This central location is ideal for exploring Usedom by car, bicycle or the Usedomer Bäderbahn railway.
The former fishing village has a gently sloping, stone-free Baltic beach with fine sand on one side and a romantic setting on the Achterwasser lagoon (Usedom Nature Park) on the other.
The new promenade, with its large open-air stage, lies in the coastal forest near the Baltic Sea. Concerts are held here regularly during the summer months.
Watching the sunset over the Baltic Sea from here is a special experience.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Die Nähe zur Ostsee ist super. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Wir werden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.
