The apartment is in the quiet Baltic seaside resort of Zempin, centrally located on Usedom and just a few minutes (approx. 300 m) from the fine, stone-free sandy beach.
On the other side of the village lies the idyllic Achterwasser lagoon in Usedom Nature Park.
