Fully renovated stone cottage combining charm and comfort, located in a peaceful mountain village at 1,050 meters altitude.
Free internet access with Wi-Fi. The cottage is attached to the owners’ house but is completely independent, with a furnished, flowered terrace from spring onwards, offering a beautiful mountain view. Accommodates up to 5 guests and is fully equipped: beds made on arrival, bed, bath, and kitchen linen provided at no extra charge.
There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with heating.
The 68 m² space is spacious and comfortable.
Baby bed and high chair available on request. Enjoy a private barbecue, washing machine, TV, ski storage, and a space for bikes.
A fan is provided for summer.
Ground-level access to the first floor, with an interior staircase to the bedrooms and bathroom (not suitable for guests with reduced mobility). One bedroom has a double bed; the other has a bunk bed—double below (140 cm), single above (90 cm). Guests must leave the property clean.
Cleaning service is available on request for an additional fee. Parking is available on site or on the street.
Shared electric vehicle charging station.
Just a few kilometers from lakes (Aydat, Chambon) and ski resorts (Sancy, Super Besse, Mont d’Or), 30 km from Clermont-Ferrand.
Firewood and heating included within a set limit, available for an additional fee beyond that.

Un gîte très agréable et chaleureux.
On s'y sent vraiment bien avec sa déco cosy.
Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour.
Pascale est une hôte parfaite : un bon feu de cheminée, des lits faits à notre arrivée et de bons conseils.
Les lits et oreillers sont confortables, couvertures supplémentaires si besoin.

Le gîte est très bien équipé et agréable pour un séjour en famille. Tout était très propre. La propriétaire donne de très bons conseils pour les visites et est adorable. Situation idéale pour visiter le Puy-de-Dôme et faire des randonnées. Très beau cadre.

Superbe gîte, avec une très bonne localisation (Mont Dore, Lac Chambon, etc a proximité)
Gîte cosy et convivial avec l'équipement nécessaire,
Un petit plus pour l'accueil de Pascale qui se montre chaleureuse, avenante et aux petits soins de ses locataires.
Force de bons conseils sur les activités à faire a proximité pour profiter un maximum du séjour.
