We offer you an independent cottage, attached to the owner’s house, located in Kintzheim, a charming village on the wine route at the foot of Haut-Koenigsbourg.
This air-conditioned 70 m² cottage accommodates up to 4 guests. The accommodation, built in 2012, is fully equipped: - Ground floor: * Modern, fully equipped kitchen * Private 20 m² terrace with green area, garden furniture, and barbecue at your disposal - Upstairs: * Living room with 102 cm flat-screen TV * Comfortable sofa * 2 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed, the other with two 90 cm single beds * Bathroom with shower and toilet Private parking available in the courtyard. Baby equipment (cot and high chair), Wi-Fi connection, and washing machine are provided. Towels are provided free of charge and beds are made upon your arrival.
Air conditioning is available on request.
Underfloor heating ensures year-round comfort. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. Many tourist attractions are nearby, such as Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, the Eagle Park, Sélestat, Colmar, Strasbourg, Riquewihr, Eguisheim, Ribeauvillé, Kaysersberg, and Mont-Saint-Odile. The large amusement park in Germany is 45 minutes away.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gite de charme Kintzheim, accueil très sympathique par Nicole et Christophe, il ne manque absolument rien dans ce gîte, propreté, équipements, linge tout était top, nous étions comme à la maison en plus nous avions chaque jours les journaux, sans compter les grands bols de cerises et le vin bien sûr!
merci à eux, nous y reviendrons

Gîte accueillant, très bien aménagé avec harmonie intérieur comme extérieur et très propre.
Il ne manque rien.
Très bien situé pour visiter tous ces beaux villages qui se trouvent autour ainsi que la route des vins.
Enfin, très bien accueilli, et notre hôte ne serait que faire, pour vraiment passer un bon séjour.
Bref, je recommande.
