The Palmier is a charming character house of 145 m², elegantly furnished with beautiful exposed oak beams.
This historic home offers a comfortable and authentic setting with 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, and modern amenities.
Air conditioning is available in the south-facing main bedroom and in the living room. The large private terrace, equipped with a table, barbecue, parasol, and comfortable armchairs, overlooks a secure enclosed garden, perfect for children.
The 60 m² living/dining room features a relaxation area with a 65-inch 4K TV and a 4K Blu-ray player. The main bedroom has a fireplace likely dating back to the house’s construction in 1790, a king-size bed, an antique desk, and a wardrobe.
The second bedroom offers two single beds, a desk, and storage.
An extra bed in the living room, a baby cot, a playpen, and a high chair are also available. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, and both Nespresso and Senseo coffee machines.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bathtub, with a separate toilet. The property also provides Internet access, on-site bicycles, a barbecue, a hairdryer, and access to a shared pool.

Een heel hartelijk ontvangst gehad. Overal is goed over nagedacht. Claudia en haar man zijn zeer hartelijk en warm naar ons toe geweest. Communicatie is direct en snel. Goede tips ontvangen voor activiteiten in de omgeving. Goede voorzieningen voor onze jongens van 4 en 2 van een kinderstoel tot peu...

We hebben enorm genoten van de 2 weken in Palmier! Zeer volledig uitgerust met mooie spullen en in stijl van de locatie. Onze kinderen van 8 en 10 hebben genoten van de vrijheid op het terrein en bovenal het grote zwembad. De privacy op het terras is ook heerlijk om met elkaar de dag te beginnen met...

We look back on a successful holiday. We enjoyed the beautiful locaties and your hospitality. The cottage is attractive and fully equipped. Quiet area near Carcassonne and Mirepoix.
