This 43 m² duplex, located on the first floor of the Les Balcons de St So residence, welcomes up to 8 guests in the heart of the Sybelles ski area, just 150 m from the slopes and close to shops and the resort center.
Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
There is a ski equipment rental shop on site. The apartment features three bedrooms, two of which are on the mezzanine: two bedrooms with double beds and one with a double and a single bed. A pull-out bed in the dining area provides additional sleeping space.
Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, filter and capsule coffee makers.
TV and free WiFi. Southeast-facing balcony, private parking, ski storage, and laundry facilities are available for an extra fee. Please note: Bed linen and towels are not provided.
Cleaning must be done by guests.
A security deposit and a cleaning deposit will be requested upon arrival.
Electricity, including heating, will be charged at the end of your stay based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out. Events are not allowed on the property.
