La Colline is a delightful holiday home south of the Morvan Nature Park, in the heart of Burgundy.
Recharge here amid peace, nature and stunning views. This fully renovated, authentic 1880 farmhouse offers modern comforts: air conditioning, dishwasher, combination oven, induction hob, washing machine, dryer, fridge, cable TV, 5G Wi-Fi and a private electric vehicle charging point. The spacious living area with open-plan kitchen has air conditioning for cooling and heating, plus a wood-burning stove for cosy winter evenings.
Each room has electric heating.
A coffee machine is provided. The adjoining bathroom has a toilet, walk-in shower and vanity unit.
The laundry room houses the washing machine and dryer. A ground-floor room can serve as a bedroom, reading nook or children's play area. Upstairs, reached by a wooden staircase, are three bedrooms: two with a double bed, and one with a single bed and a child's bed (70x120 cm). Traditional wardrobes provide ample storage.
A high chair is also available. The enclosed, flower-filled 800 m² garden offers magnificent views.
An outbuilding with a canopy, wood-burning stove, barbecue, sun loungers and seating area awaits you. An open terrace is ideal for enjoying the sunshine. Private parking is available behind the gate or to the side.
Bicycle storage and step-free access are provided.
Self check-in offers greater flexibility.

Wat hebben we genoten van dit prachtige plekje! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, een omheinde tuin voor de honden en een geweldig uitzicht. Wij komen zeker nog een keer.

Onze laatste vakantie week verbleven we in La Colline. Wat hebben we genoten van tuin en het huis, met vanuit alle ramen schitterend uitzicht!.Menig avond stonden we buiten te genieten van de avondzon over de Bourgondische heuvels, zo vredig!!! Leuke dorpen in de nabije omgevin...
