Enjoy a cosy 34 m² studio in the family-friendly resort of Villard-de-Lans, with a private, south-facing 20 m² terrace and mountain views.
At the foot of the residence are a lift to the Villard-Corrençon ski area, a play area with football, basketball and pétanque courts, plus hiking trails and mountain bike routes.
The apartment is in sections 6–7 of the residence, a 10-minute drive from Villard centre.
Direct access to the shopping arcade (open during winter and summer holidays) offers restaurants, a mini-market and ski hire.
Free parking and a free shuttle to the town centre and Balcon de Villard ski lifts are available. The studio has a living area with two fold-out sofa beds and an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a bath and washer-dryer, a separate toilet and a sleeping alcove with three bunk beds behind a curtain.
A TV and games console are also available. Bed sheets are available.
Household linen is available for an extra fee. The kitchenette includes: - Fridge and freezer - Dishwasher - 2-ring ceramic hob - Oven and microwave - Toaster - Filter coffee machine - Senseo coffee machine - Kettle - Crockery and utensils Good to know: - No smoking - Free Wi-Fi - No pets - No events - Quiet residence: please respect the peace and quiet. - A cleaning fee is applied automatically.
