New chalet (RE2020) designed for groups: everyone has a suite and walk-in shower, all gather in the 72 m² living area, and the hot tub awaits after skiing.
Three levels for up to 15 guests, with 17 beds.
LEVEL 0 — Entrance & laundry: vestibule with boot dryer for 18 pairs, table football, darts, washing machine and tumble dryer.
LEVEL +1 — Living area & 2 suites: south-facing 72 m² living area, professional kitchen (2 dishwashers, range cooker), dining table for 18, lounge, 100-inch TV. Suites 1 and 2: each has 3 configurable 80x200 cm beds, walk-in shower and basin.
Separate WC. LEVEL +2 — 2 suites, dormitory & bathroom: Suite 3 (king-size double) and Suite 4 (queen-size double), each with walk-in shower and basin. 27 m² dormitory: 7 beds (80x200 cm), home cinema (130-inch screen), walk-in shower, basin.
Shared bathroom: bathtub, 2 basins, WC. Separate WC. Total: 5 showers, 1 bathtub, 3 WCs. OUTDOORS: 40 m² south-facing terrace with 6-person hot tub, barbecue and plancha grill.
Small enclosed 25 m² garden.
Private 2-car garage (45 m²) with 22 kW EV charger and table tennis, plus 2 private outdoor parking spaces. RE2020 construction, underfloor heating powered primarily by solar panels (9 kWp), fibre internet. Up to 29 guests with our second chalet a few metres away (two separate properties) — ideal for large groups, weddings and large-scale seminars. Dogs and cats welcome, with no size limit.
