Barn Cottage is our largest cottage just finished in 2024 from our old farm's barn and equipped with modern furniture.
It offers a total of 100m2 with on ground floor 50m2 of open space with fully equipped kitchen, salon with large internet TV and 2 large sofas (convertible into 2 large beds on demand for more than 4 p) and a dining corner.
You access to 1st floor by a wooden stair and access to the 2 bedrooms with large king size bed in one room convertible into 2 single beds.
The other bedroom has a queen size bed. Shower room is upstairs as well as independent toilets.
Another independent toilet is on ground floor.
Cottage is equipped with fibre & highest speed Wifi.
A large private shaded terrace offers room for lunches and dinner, equipped with parasol and BBQ as well as sunbeds.
Within 20 seconds walk you can access from the flowered gardens to the 2 south facing large pools of the domain with view over the rolling countryside towards the village of Bourniquel.
Private parking for 1 or 2 cars is available near the cottage.
Bicycles are also provided for exploring the beautiful surrounding area.
