This 45 m² apartment is the ideal retreat for those seeking relaxation and nature. The Space Spacious double bedroom (double bed + sofa bed) accommodating up to 4 persons.
Private bathroom and equipped kitchen.
Fast Wi-Fi for smart working, fan, beach towels, high chair, games, and books.
Babysitting service available upon request. Outdoor & Services Garden with small private seasonal pool (2.50 x 1.75 m, May-September) and forest view.
Shared barbecue, terrace, and washing machine.
Jams, honey, and garden produce available.
Upon request, we prepare traditional Tuscan or Persian dinners. Location & Unique Access A peaceful oasis not reachable by private car. You will leave your car in the free parking area down in the valley (1 km away, connected by an unpaved dirt road). To make your arrival completely stress-free, we will welcome you at the parking lot and transport both you and your luggage directly to the farmhouse with our 4x4 (and we will do the same at check-out). During your stay, travel is on foot (a 20-30 min walk through the woods). The ideal choice for those who love walking, trekking, and total disconnection from city life.
Comfortable shoes are strongly recommended, and arrival times must always be agreed in advance. House Rules & Welcome Kit Pets allowed.
Respect the silence, no smoking indoors, save water and energy, no parties.
