The farmhouse is located in Freudenholm, between Eutin, Schönwalde, and Malente.
This historic former customs house sits in an idyllic spot on a riding farm in the Holstein Switzerland region.
The lovingly furnished 19 sqm apartment is suitable for 1–2 guests and features two connected rooms with a dining area, kitchenette, table, chairs, shelves, a small wardrobe, an armchair, and a pull-out bed. The WC with a small washbasin is located across the hall, and the shower is in the former washhouse of the main building.
Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a kitchenette with stove and oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a shared washing machine.
An overnight stay for a second person is possible upon prior arrangement with the hosts. The property is on the edge of a forest, and a swimming lake is within walking distance.
You are welcome to bring your own horse, as the farmhouse is part of a riding farm.
The 300-year-old farmhouse has a small, renovated apartment that is rustic and simple—please do not expect luxury, except for the beautiful setting and history! There is one shared parking space on site, as well as a communal charging station for electric cars.
One pet is allowed for an additional fee. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
