Located in Merry-sur-Yonne, Burgundy, the country house Gite du Saussois offers 52 sqm of space for up to 4 guests.
You will find 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with a sofa bed, and 1 bathroom.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a capsule coffee machine and a filter coffee maker.
Amenities include heating in all rooms, a television, a fan, and a washing machine.
The interior is step-free, and self check-in is available.
For families, a high chair and shared toys and books for children are provided.
Baby equipment, including a bathtub and a changing table, is available on request, and a baby crib is available for an extra fee. You also have access to 2 bicycles. Outside, you have a large private garden with a grill, a balcony, and 2 terraces.
One of the terraces faces south and is not overlooked by neighbors. Parking is available on-site with 3 shared spaces, and there is also parking available in the street.
Up to 2 pets are allowed for an extra fee, except category 1 and 2 dogs.
Please note that the garden is not fenced.

Shared bicycle storage is available.
Final cleaning, bed linen, and towels are available for an extra fee. The house is located at the Saussois rocks along the Nivernais Canal, where you can go climbing, fish in the canal or the river, and cycle safely along the towpath.
A playground with picnic tables and a boules court is nearby.

Ce gîte est fort agréable. Calme et tranquillité dans un écrin de verdure
L équipement est de qualité ainsi que la literie et tout a été prévu pour que les vacanciers se sentent bien.
La région est splendide avec de belles choses à voir et à visiter.

Très bon accueil, le gite est propre et bien équipé, bien situé sur un grand terrain arboré et au calme. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions de notre hôte pour nos enfants. Tout s'est bien déroulé pendant notre séjour.
