This beautiful vintage building, fully renovated and air-conditioned, blends historic charm with modern comforts. Located in a strategic spot in Catona (RC), the property comfortably accommodates 6 to 9 guests, offering peace just 600 meters from the beaches. The house is spread over two well-organized levels: Ground Floor: A practical entrance welcomes you with a complete beach kit (cart, umbrella, beach chairs, and rackets). From here, you access a private double bedroom with TV and a small en-suite bathroom (toilet and washbasin). First Floor: Enjoy a spacious living area with TV and two comfortable sofa beds (one double, one large single). The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, kettle, coffee machine) and includes a welcome kit with coffee, tea, milk, oil, and spices.

This floor also features a second large double bedroom and the main bathroom with a spacious shower. Included amenities and comfort for the whole family. On arrival, you’ll find fresh sheets, towels, and a courtesy set (shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste). The house offers free Wi-Fi, mosquito screens, board games, books, and children’s toys.
