Comfortable holiday apartment in the heart of the Béarn Pyrenees, just 20 minutes from ski resorts.
Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from this 80 m² apartment, nestled in greenery by a stream and surrounded by meadows.
The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. The property also includes another small holiday home and the owners’ residence. Le Labrit is located on the southern side of the property. The apartment is entirely on one level, renovated with quality materials and offers a functional layout.
Access is via a few steps from the parking area. Private entrance with outdoor furniture. Cleaning must be completed before your departure.
Bed linen is included.
Bath towel rental is available for an extra fee. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washer-dryer, hob (2 gas, 2 induction), oven, microwave, fridge-freezer. Bright living room opens onto the terrace through a bay window (TV, Wi-Fi, CD player). Two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) each with private facilities, including one en-suite bathroom (shower, sink) and a separate toilet. Unfenced wooded park bordered by a stream, garden furniture, sun loungers.
Shared parking.
Bike shelter. Near the D133, easy access to La Pierre Saint Martin resort (skiing, caving, climbing). Sleds and snowshoes available on request. 5 minutes from Aramits center (shops, pharmacy, Sunday market, treetop adventure park). Oloron-Sainte-Marie 15 km, Pau 50 km, Spain 25 km, Basque Country 10 km. Please note: Events are not permitted on the property.

Excellente semaine de vacances au Labrit. Logement bien situé entre plusieurs vallées, à proximité des montagnes, du Pays Basque, de l'Espagne... offrant la possibilité de réaliser de nombreuses visites (découverte historique, culturelle et du terroir), randonnées, activités sportives. Logement confortable et bien équipé. Hôtesse sympathique, rigoureuse et de bons conseils.
