The house accommodates four guests over two levels, with a terrace on each floor and a private garage.
On the entrance floor, the kitchen and living room form one open space: gas stove, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a table for four, and a sofa that converts to a single bed. This room opens onto the terrace with a small table and two chairs.
An internal staircase leads upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed under wooden beams, a bathroom with shower, bidet, washing machine, and a second covered terrace.
The total living area is 39.6 m².
Bed linen and towels are included, as well as a hairdryer in the bathroom.
Access is via an external staircase; inside, the two floors are connected by an internal staircase, no elevator. The upstairs ceiling is sloped. No air conditioning. One bathroom for four guests.
Outdoors
Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake, afternoon rides on the two house bikes, and a ping pong match in the garage after dinner.
Enjoy the ping pong table, two mountain bikes with helmets and lights, a fishing rod, and a beach volleyball.
