While you watch the goldfish, you can even admire the famous Schlossberg from the property.
The garden is shared with one other household. Perfect location: • Just a 7–10 minute walk to Graz’s main square. • Schlossberg, Kunsthaus, and the historic old town are practically around the corner. • Excellent restaurants and cozy cafés are close by in Lend. • Public transport stops right outside the building. What awaits you: • Worry-free arrival: Free private parking directly on the property – a rare luxury so close to the center. • Convenient self-check-in via electronic gate key. • Shared fitness equipment and barbecue in the garden.
