In Saint-Cyprien Plage, on the Roussillon coast in Pyrénées-Orientales, this peaceful, 3-star seaside villa offers 65 m² for up to 4 guests.
It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a kitchen with dishwasher, a welcoming dining/living area and a bright conservatory. Everything is on one level. Private Wi-Fi, TVs and a travel cot with a proper mattress are provided. Enjoy outdoor meals in the private enclosed garden and on the terrace, with furniture, a gas griddle, a portable barbecue and a tripod gas burner. Outside, you will also find sun loungers, parasols, a garden shed and an outdoor solar shower. Three bicycles are available. A tennis court and golf course are around a 15-minute walk away. You have a free private parking space in this secure residence.
Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Shops and a beautiful sandy beach are within walking distance. A small shopping centre is 150 m away via the pedestrian exit (coded gate). The beach and more shops are 600 m away, and the marina, one of the Mediterranean's largest, is 1 km away.
The villa is 30 minutes from the Spanish border, at the foot of the Pyrenees, with easy access to mountain and seaside attractions. Fees payable to the concierge service on site: mandatory end-of-stay cleaning and linen hire if needed. A security deposit is also required.

Un petit coin de paradis que nous retrouvons avec plaisir depuis plusieurs années.
Car en effet cette jolie maison est non seulement très bien située, proche de tout (commerces, marchés, plage) mais elle est aussi très bien équipée. Vraiment idéale pour passer de très bonnes vacances.
