- There is no cleaning fee, so guests are asked to leave the apartment clean and tidy. CLEANING: Guests are required to thoroughly clean each room, including bedrooms, living area, stairs, toilets, and bathrooms:
- Vacuum and mop the floors
- Dust the furniture
- Clean the bathrooms, appliances, fridge, and trash bin.
- Before departure, guests must inform the owner of any damage to the property, appliances, or other items. For damaged equipment or other issues, a sum may be withheld from the deposit based on repair costs. The deposit also covers cleanliness.
