Settle into this charming, air-conditioned 25 m² duplex studio in the heart of the Provençal village of Le Muy, just 5 minutes from the A8 motorway (exit 36). An ideal base for exploring the Var and the French Riviera!
Le Coquillage is in a charming old property with several rental units, a shared courtyard and garden.
I am gradually improving the property to make your stay even more welcoming while preserving its authentic character. Whether you are visiting as a couple, with friends or on business, everything is ready for an enjoyable stay! Your cosy retreat: * Mezzanine with a double bed (linen provided) * Fully equipped kitchen * Shower room (towels provided) * Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi * TV with video on demand * Coffee machine with a few complimentary capsules on arrival, tea and sugar * Self check-in via a key safe At your disposal: A shared courtyard and garden with a play area, a shared washing machine and free street parking.
A travel cot is also available on request. Discover our beautiful region! Enjoy the Pennafort gorges (8 km), the beaches of Fréjus (16 km), Saint-Raphaël (19 km), Sainte-Maxime (20 km), or explore the Verdon gorges (around 50 km). With beaches, hiking trails, Provençal villages and wine estates, you will be spoilt for choice! A nearby bus stop also provides access to the beaches. For everyone's comfort, please respect the peace and quiet of the property and the shared spaces.
