Enjoy Almerimar, golf and the Mediterranean from a spacious 120 m² duplex in a quiet private development, just a few metres from Almerimar Golf Course and with direct access to the beach and seafront promenade.
Ideal for families, groups and longer stays, the house accommodates up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Each bedroom and the living room have independent air conditioning and heating.
A private whirlpool adds an extra touch of comfort. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an Italian coffee machine and includes an extra freezer.
There is also a separate laundry area with washing machine and dryer, a large walk-in wardrobe and a private terrace with table and parasol.
A dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi make it easy to combine holidays with remote work. Children are well catered for with shared toys and books, and the property includes video on demand and television for downtime.
Self check-in is available for a smooth arrival, and one well-behaved pet is welcome. The gated development offers two communal swimming pools (open from 20 July to 20 September), including a children's pool, green areas with sun loungers and parasols, and a picnic/barbecue area.
Just outside you will find a restaurant, beach bar and ice cream parlour. The marina is within walking distance and there is a bus stop nearby, so you can enjoy much of Almerimar without using a car. On-site shared parking and street parking are also available. For guests arriving from further away, optional airport pick-up can also be arranged (fee applies).
