Renovated charming cottage of 48 m² with its own outdoor areas, adjoining our house but completely independent.
It is quietly located at the end of a road in Fons, best accessed by car. It is ideal for a change of scenery for a weekend or for a longer vacation thanks to its location close to Nîmes, the sea, the Camargue and the Cévennes. Its large bedroom with access to the terrace and garden view gives it a feeling of calm and freedom. The space: - Free private parking - WiFi - Self check-in on request - Quiet - Air conditioning and reversible heating - Coffee machine - Dedicated workspace - 2 bicycles available for an extra fee You will find all the comforts you need for a comfortable stay.
All rooms are independent: bedroom with A/C, living room equipped with a connected TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and a private uncovered terrace furnished with a table, chairs, loungers, and an umbrella. We will be happy to welcome you in person, but we can leave the keys in a safe place in case of late arrivals.
You have your own gate and private driveway so you can park directly in front of the front door of the property. We leave at your disposal an ironing board and iron as well as books and board games.
A cleaning service is also available during your stay for a fee. The listing is located at: - 800 meters from the village center (bakery, grocery, bar/tobacconist) - 5 minutes from all shops (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, laundromat, etc.) - 20 minutes from Nîmes (historic center, motorway, etc.) - 30 minutes from Alès and Uzès - 45 minutes from the beaches (Le Grau-du-Roi, La Grande-Motte, etc.) - 40 minutes from tourist attractions (Camargue, Pont du Gard, Cévennes with its rivers, caves, etc.) Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
